Lorraine has significant experience in business development and complex project management and has a strong track record of success:

• Rebranding and relaunching Birmingham Forward and Birmingham Future
• Delivering a Patrons sponsorship scheme which introduced over £50k p.a. income
• Setting up Birmingham Professional DiverCity, which tackles the under-representation of ethnic minorities within the professional and financial services sector
• Being closely involved in the establishment of Advantage West Midlands' Specialist Business and Professional Services Cluster Opportunity Group which supports the growth of the sector across the region
• Managing major market research projects with AWM and the Learning & Skills Council amongst others

Outside Weave Marketing, Lorraine also enjoys a variety of external activities:

• Committee member of PM Forum, a regionally based members association
• A Fellow of the RSA and regional secretary
• Member of the Chairman's Circle at Symphony Hall
• Leadership Team member at Fairbridge
• Until recently, Lorraine served on ITV Central's Regional Advisory Council and the Birmingham Common Purpose Advisory Group, having been a 1996 programme graduate.
